Founded and promoted by Dr. Amb. Prince Francis Iwuchukwu Ezeudu as the President and CEO.

First Trust Savings and Loans Cooperative Society Ltd [FTSLCSL]: Registered with government’department of Cooperative since 2013 as First Trust Cooperative Society Ltd and in 2025 as later. We have been in active business since 2017 till date on Financial Management: daily, weekly/ and monthly savings and loans for traders. We are now diversifying into Mobilizing and Driving for Registered Cooperative Housing Contributors in raising the Cooperative Housing Fund to own their individual affordable home through First Trust Savings and Loans Cooperative Society Ltd [FTSLCSL]. Referral Benefits- each line of a registered contributor has a permanent percentage referral benefits to the referrer.

Prifranez International Company Ltd [PICL] as a parent company was registered in Nigeria with CAC as a business name in the year 2001, but now incorporated. As a company we produced Envelops manually, supplied computer hardware and accessories, stationaries, books, furniture, electronics, equipment, Building materials etc to our major client ANAMCO, NITEL, NEPA, UN, NIGERIA CORRECTIONAL SERVICCE, WORLD BANK, SABC etc. with local and international partners.

Prifranez Engineering and Construction Nigeria Ltd [PCCNL] was incorporated in Nigeria with CAC in 2007, as a result of the parent company being involved in suppling building materials to Estate developers, with such experiences we incorporated a firm for construction and real estate development businesses, which harnessed opportunities of construction contracts from EFAB Properties Ltd, Good Homes Nig. Ltd, Japanese International Corporation, European Union Projects, Federal University Ndufo Alike Abakiliki, Ebonyi State etc. BRIGHTSTAR ESTATE is a Patent/Trade Mark and a Brand product of Prifranez Engineering and Construction Nigeria Ltd [PCCNL]. PECCNL is a registered NHF contributor and a Developer as such we are Mobilizing and Driving would be Registered Real Estate Crowdfunding Investors in our platform with minimum of 15% to 30% annual return on investment. Referral Benefits- each line of a registered investor has one-off percentage referral benefits to the referrer.

Iwugo Consults was registered with CAC in 2010 as firm for the management of Prifranez Groups’ assets, sells the houses in BRIGHTSTAR ESTATE, human resources Management and consultancy services. Our services were engaged by CBN-Africa, Embassy of Japan in Nigeria and Australian Embassy in Nigeria.

Prince F. I. Ezeudu Foundation Ltd/Gte was incorporated in 2014 as a charitable entity that raises fund from corporate organizations, individuals, churches and government to build houses for the physically challenged, give Scholarship to the less privilege, give Skill acquisition and start-up capital to take off.

Prifranez Groups has built credibility and trust for the past 25 years in the various industry we are doing businesses: Procurements and Supplies, Financial Management, Constructions/Real Estate Development, Management Consultancies and Charities. Essentially with clients’/customers’ satisfaction.

Our mission

To be raising Start-Up capital through First Trust Savings and Loans Cooperative Society Ltd[FTSLCSL] to Fund the developer Prifranez Engr. And Const. Co. Nig. Ltd [PECCNL] to be constructing houses in BRIGHTSTAR ESTATE.
To mobilize and drive contributors’ enrolment through First Trust Savings and Loans Cooperative Society Ltd[FTSLCSL] with daily, weekly, monthly contributions to our Cooperative Housing Development Fund Scheme.
To ensure payment of a Non-refundable #10,000 registration fee, with a refundable minimum of #20,000 monthly contribution or a refundable minimum of #2,000 daily with First Trust Savings and Loans Cooperative Society Ltd[FTSLCSL].
To encourage and ensure non-registered contributors to SAVES minimum of #2,000 daily with First Trust Savings and Loans Cooperative Society Ltd[FTSLCSL] without withdrawal for a minimum of twelve [12] months with annual interest rate accruals.
To ensure that Prifranez Engineering and Construction Company Nigeria Ltd[PECCNL] is raising funds through REAL ESTATE CROWDFUNDING INVESTORS with annual return on investment [RoI] and percentage referral benefits.
To ensure that First Trust Savings and Loans Cooperative Society Ltd[FTSLCSL] is remitting registered individuals’ contribution to National Housing Fund[NHF] with FMBN to qualify to access housing loans [Mortgage].
To ensure the use of contributed funds to procure developmental land as at when due by Iwugo Consults.
To ensure that procurement of all major building materials are made by Prifranez International Co. Ltd from direct manufacturers.
To regularize, secure approval and start development BRIGHTSTAR ESTATE in our existing procured lands in Nigeria.
To promote and ensure our cooperative registered contributors with Referrals, receives one-digit interest benefit through his/her life time membership.
To ensure that First Trust Savings and Loans Cooperative Society Ltd[FTSLCSL] metamorphose to Mortgage Bank
